Data Retention & Payments

We send invoices to our clients for legal services. These are available to pay through our Site. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. These are non-refunable payments for services rendered.

Refunds

We do not offers refunds for payments made for our services which is stated in our Client Contract. Payments made via our Site are for legal services rendered as stated on our invoices unless otherwise noted.

We allow Site users to contact us through our Site via ContactForm7 forms. Personal Information such as First, Name, Last Name, Email Address and Phone Number are required. We use this information to contact users who request more information about our services. We may store this information internally along with other protected client information.
